Anonymity & Identity

Q1Is NexasCard really No KYC?

Yes. We do not request a passport, driver's license, selfie or proof of address — not at signup, not at top-up, not at any spending tier. Your identity simply never enters our system. The card stays anonymous from the first $140 of funding all the way to a $25,000 monthly spend ceiling.

Q2Will I be asked for ID at any point in the future?

No. NexasCard's anonymity is structural — we don't collect identity at any spending tier, ever. Many competitors honor "no KYC" at low spend and break it at higher tiers. We don't.

Q3Do you store any personal data about me?

No. We do not collect names, IDs, addresses, phone numbers, or KYC documents. The data we have on you is, by design, nothing. There is no NexasCard cardholder identity database to leak in a future breach.

Q4Is using a No KYC crypto card legal?

Using a privacy-respecting prepaid card for lawful personal transactions is legal in most jurisdictions. Financial privacy is recognized as a human right under Article 12 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Always comply with the laws of your local jurisdiction.

Speed & Issuance

Q1How fast is the card issued?

Median end-to-end time from on-chain confirmation to active card details in your inbox is under five minutes. On fast chains like Solana, TRON and USDT-TRC20, confirmation is typically under one minute.

Q2Can I issue more than one card?

Yes — there is no limit on how many cards you can hold. Many users hold one card per ad account, one card per subscription category, or one card per use case for clean isolation.

Cryptocurrencies

Q1Which cryptocurrencies can I use to fund the card?

BTC, ETH, SOL, XMR (Monero), USDT, TRX, BNB, DOGE, LTC, TON, MATIC, BCH, XRP and DGB. Stablecoin top-ups via USDT are the most predictable for budget planning.

Q2Can I really fund with Monero?

Yes. NexasCard is one of the very few cards in 2026 that supports XMR funding. Monero breaks on-chain linkability between your wallet and the card balance, giving you the strongest end-to-end privacy stack available on a real Mastercard.

Q3Which chain should I fund with for the fastest experience?

TRON, USDT-TRC20, or Solana confirm in under a minute. For privacy-first users, Monero is the recommended choice. For predictable USD value, USDT-TRC20 is ideal.

Card Capabilities

Q1Is the card a real Mastercard?

Yes. NexasCard runs on real Mastercard rails, not a closed-loop voucher. It is accepted at 100M+ merchants in 210+ countries — including subscriptions, hotels, airlines, online stores and contactless ATM withdrawals.

Q2Can I add the card to Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay?

Yes — all three are supported on day one. Add the card in 30 seconds and your phone or smartwatch becomes the card. Mobile wallets also tokenize the card number, adding an extra layer of privacy at point of sale.

Q3Will the card work for Netflix, ChatGPT and Spotify subscriptions?

Yes — all major streaming, AI and SaaS subscriptions accept NexasCard. Some services run a small authorization charge that is reversed within a few days; that is normal Mastercard behavior, not a NexasCard restriction.

Q4Can I use NexasCard for Google Ads or Facebook Ads?

Yes. NexasCard works as a billing method on Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), TikTok Ads, X Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Microsoft Ads. See our dedicated guide for advertisers.

Q5Can I withdraw cash from an ATM?

Yes. Add NexasCard to Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay, and tap-to-withdraw at any contactless Mastercard ATM. The daily limit is $500 USD-equivalent at 0% NFC fee from our side.

Fees & Limits

Q1What are the fees?

Card issuance is $140 (which becomes your spendable balance — not a fee). Top-ups carry a 6.5% commission. FX is 0% in any currency. NFC ATM withdrawals are 0% from our side. There are no monthly fees, no inactivity fees, no maintenance fees.

Q2What are the spending limits?

$5,000 daily and $25,000 monthly for general spending. ATM withdrawals are capped at $500 per day at 0% NFC fees. There is no upper limit on how many cards you can issue.

Q3Are there hidden FX spreads?

No. NexasCard charges 0% on FX at the real Mastercard interbank rate. There is no hidden spread baked into the conversion.

Security

Q1What happens if I lose my phone?

The virtual card lives in your email and your wallet. If you lose the phone, the tokenized version in Apple/Google/Samsung Pay is automatically frozen when you remote-wipe the phone. You can re-add the card to a new device using the original card details.

Q2What if my card is compromised?

Contact 24/7 support to freeze the card. You can issue a new card in 5 minutes and transfer the remaining balance over.

Q3Is the card safer than a regular bank card?

For online use, yes. There is no plastic to skim, no central identity database to breach, mobile wallet tokenization keeps the real PAN hidden from merchants, and spending caps limit any single compromise.

Comparisons

Q1How is NexasCard different from BingCard or Solcard?

BingCard and Solcard advertise as no-KYC but enforce identity checks once you cross higher tiers, do not support Monero, and lack mobile wallet support. NexasCard stays anonymous at every tier, supports Monero, and works with Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay from day one. See the full Best No KYC Crypto Cards 2026 comparison.

Q2How does NexasCard compare to Coinbase Card or Gemini Card?

Coinbase and Gemini cards are fully-KYC products tied to your exchange account. They charge 2.5-3% FX, $2.50+ ATM fees, and require full identity verification. NexasCard is structurally different: zero KYC, 0% FX, 0% NFC ATM, anonymous funding via Monero.

Q3Why is NexasCard better than a typical bank debit card for online use?

Faster issuance (5 minutes vs 5-10 days), zero KYC, 0% FX vs 2-3%, 0% NFC ATM vs $2.50+, no monthly fees, and complete privacy from your bank statement.

Support

Q1How does customer support work?

24/7 live human customer support — not bots. Most issues resolved in under an hour. No tickets, no escalations, no business hours.

Glossary — key terms in the No KYC crypto card space

KYC — Know Your Customer. The legal process by which a financial institution verifies your identity. NexasCard requires none.

VCC — Virtual Credit Card. A digital card with no plastic counterpart. NexasCard issues VCCs in 5 minutes.

PAN — Primary Account Number. The 16-digit card number. Mobile wallets tokenize this so merchants never see your real PAN.

Tokenization — replacing your real card number with a per-merchant proxy at point-of-sale. Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay all do this.

NFC — Near Field Communication. The short-range radio used for contactless tap-to-pay and tap-to-withdraw at ATMs.

FX spread — the hidden margin some cards add on top of the real Mastercard interbank rate. NexasCard charges 0%.

On-chain analysis — the practice of correlating wallet addresses across blockchains to identify users. Monero is the only major chain that breaks this.

Self-custody — holding crypto in a wallet you control rather than on an exchange. Required for full anonymity at funding.

BIN range — the first 6 digits of a card number that identify the issuer. NexasCard uses real Mastercard BINs.
